Val Gardena: a holiday paradise in a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site

In 2009, UNESCO declared the Dolomite region as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site. The Dolomites are among the 50 most beautiful scenic places in Europe, and the 199 worldwide.

In winter, a fairy-tale panorama covered in white, while summer offers a unique variety of its natural eternal beauty. No matter what the season, the Dolomite region is always full of charm and breathtaking allure.

Welcome to the Villa Pramulin in the Dolomites!

You will find us in an ideal location between Selva Gardena and Santa Cristina, just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre of Santa Cristina.

In winter, the ski run from the Seceda/Col Raiser ski area leads directly to the house. The ski bus stops right in front of the property and provides easy access to the main lifts of the Dolomiti Superski area.

In summer as well, our house enjoys an excellent location for both those who simply wish to take a leisurely walk and those who prefer hiking, climbing, or mountain biking.

A 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. This tax is of Euro 2,70 per adult person and night and is not included in the mentioned prices for the apartment.

General Terms & Conditions

Check-in: The apartments are available after 2 p.m.

Check-out: Please leave the apartment before 9:30 a.m.

Payment options: We ask that guests to settle their bill either in cash or by bank transfer. Reservations are only valid and binding when they have been confirmed by us in writing, and when we have received a deposit as a guarantee. In case of cancellation this deposit will be withheld.

Terms of Cancellation:

• up to 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival: free cancellation;

• from 6 weeks to 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival: 40% of the total package price;

• from 3 weeks to 1 week prior to scheduled arrival: 70% of the total package price;

• cancellations received less than one week prior to scheduled arrival: 90% of the total package price;

• in case of delayed arrival or premature departure we will charge the full price of the stay.

Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
